As a clinical intern, supervised by Jessica Ng, a registered psychotherapist, I bring over twenty years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and those in the helping profession. I, as a fellow life traveller, deeply understand the challenges you may be facing. My aim is to create a safe space where you can find clarity in your purpose and confront difficult thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back. Together, we will journey towards your meaning, develop a fulfilling sense of self, and foster a deeper connection to those around you. This is a place where you are supported to grow, called to self-awareness, and begin to trust what you already had known but never fully realized.
Each person's journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I incorporate a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Together, we'll explore which methods resonate best with you, empowering you to discover what works best for your growth and well-being.
I am open to support individuals (17 years and older) and couples. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations & Spirituality from Saint Paul’s University and am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts Counselling & Spirituality program, specializing in Couples and Family Therapy. With my extensive experience, I can help you cultivate an environment where you connect to yourself and your partner, empowering you to lead a fulfilling life.
